Mae gwaith y Nyrs Ardal wedi'i anelu at y bobl hynny nad ydynt yn gallu teithio i'w meddygfa neu pan fydd asesiad a/neu driniaeth yn y cartref yn fwy priodol. Os oes angen Nyrs Ardal arnoch, byddai hyn fel arfer yn cael ei drefnu gan y Meddyg Teulu neu Nyrs y Practis.

The District Nurse’s work is aimed at those people who are unable to travel to their GP surgery or when assessment and/or treatment in the home is more appropriate. If you require a District Nurses, this would normally be arranged by the GP or Practice Nurse.

**Nid oes angen gweld y meddyg teulu yn gyntaf** Os ydych yn teimlo eich bod yn dioddef o gŵyn cyhyrysgerbydol a allai elwa o ffisiotherapi, gallwch nawr wneud apwyntiad yn uniongyrchol gyda'n Ffisiotherapydd. Mae hyn yn cynnwys cyhyrau, esgyrn, cymalau, nerfau, gewynnau, cartilag a disgiau asgwrn cefn. Mae'r Ffisiotherapydd ar gael rhan amlaf dydd Llun .

** There is no need to see the GP first ** If you feel that you are suffering from a musculoskeletal complaint that could benefit from physiotherapy, you are now able to make an appointment directly with our Physiotherapist. This involves muscles, bones, joints, nerves, ligaments, cartilage and spinal discs. The Physiotherapist is available most Mondays.
